A few interesting and cautionary tales about blogging at the moment. Inc magazine carries the story of a US based blogger who decided to highlight what they saw as a B2B scam by posting it on their blog. Needless to say they are now at the expensive end of a court action. They might have felt justified, or even been correct in what they said, bu it proves a point. What you say on the web can carry legal weight and even more importantly, once you’ve ‘said’ something on the web, a record of it always exists.

Blogging is a great way of communicating with your customers, fans or audience. I’d argue that in the UK in particular, it is still massively underused. But, think before you write!
